  Freundliche Mitarbeiter (Büro und Einweiser) Defektes Boot (klemmendes Rollgroß) wurde nach Beanstandung kostenlos unter Verlust eines Segeltages ersetzt. Boot, Ausstattung und Technik ansonsten der Internetanzeige entsprechend funktionsfähig in gepflegten/gewarteten Zustand.

  Der Service war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter freundlich sowie hilfsbereit. Das Charterboot war okay. Unter Deck ließen sich manche Schränke nicht mehr verschließen (sind aber bei 1-2m Welle nicht aufgegangen) und das Ankerlicht funktionierte nicht. (Für ein Charterboot allerdings nicht untypisch)

  The boots are not maintained at all. Equipment is less than basic. Important stuff like fire extinguisher are there in smallest possible amounts. Staff is unfriendly and not motivated at all. We got our boot with several hours delay although is was ready for boarding. I will not come back here.

  Terrible experience with this company, I would never recommend it. We rented a 40 feet sailboat and had some problems with the front sail. They took 2 days to fix it. Some instruments (boat speed) did not work. Sheets were torn. When we returned the boat, Euromarine wanted to charge us for a non-existent damage on the anchor. The manager has ZERO customer service skills. Please get some research donde and try another charter company because Euromarine is extremely unprofessional.

  Please don't rent a boat from this company. If there is a problem with your boat, they will not be helpful or give any compensation. We rented an expensive boat for one week, it was broken when we got it so we missed 2 sailing days. They decided to not compensate us. Choose another charterer that if you want to have good service!
