  The worst charter company in split. They don t care about you and their boats. Poor maintenance. The only service they are great to do is to take your cash.

  They don't take care of their ships which tend to break down a lot, they don't care about their customers. If you want to get your holiday ruined this is the best place you'll find.

  Unfortunately, a great holiday was ruined by Fortunal, due to the poor maintenance of their yachts and terrible customer service. This company poorly maintained their yacht causing the rudder of our chartered yacht to jam whilst we were sailing out of harbour in force 6 winds. Fortunately we were pushed out to sea and narrowly avoided the rocks which would of destroyed the boat and its crew. After many frustrating hours of floating we were finally rescued but were left to pay a monstrous bill of over €1000. The engineer clearly explained to us that the jam was not caused by us but by a rusty chain that hadn't been changed in over 10 years. Fortunal denied that it was their fault and made us pay for the rescue, replacing the chain and transferring the dangerous boat from Viz to Split a bill which mounted to over €2500. I do not normally review but after enduring such a terrible experience I felt it was my duty to inform fellow travellers that they should of stay clear of this charterer if they want to stay afloat!
