::DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are no longer operating but for some reason their website still accepts bookings. Here's my recent experience "I booked a car on Aug 3 through H&M Rent a Car's website from which I received my 'reservation number' and an email that 'you will contact me within 24 hours for final confirmation'. I never received the confirmation within the 24 hours so thought everything was okay for me to pickup the car. On the day of the pickup (5 Aug), I walked all the way to the pickup location (in Zagreb, Croatia) only to find that it was closed. I then called your number and messaged their Facebook page but received no response. As it was important that I needed a car, I had to pay pay a premium price to book a last minute car. I sent a message to them regarding my experience via their website and their email address but never received a response. When I emailed them, I received an automatic email response that their inbox was full. BEWARE!!!!
