::Very satisfied with the service, staff was friendly and gave us helpful information about local attractions. Parking near the office when returning was a bit of a problem but employees took the car right away and the whole process was done quickly . Definitely using Hertz again!

::We rented a car in the June this year. Although it was the high tourist season and we made reservation only three days before, thanks to the friendliness and effort of rent-a-car staff the car was there for us. We are very grateful and we will use Hertz service again.

::Fantastic service from Hertz. The care hire was great and we got a free upgrade, so I was very happy with that. However, I left something valuable in the car after returning it, and not only did they find it, they stored it for 2 weeks until the courier collected it to return to me in the UK. ::Terrible service. We arrived at 8am to pick up the car. The man who was at the desk said he couldn’t do our paperwork until his boss arrived, and it wouldn’t be for another half an hour, despite Hertz listing their opening time at 8am. The “boss” arrived and he was rude, didn’t greet us. We returned the car at 4pm and the door to the office was locked. We called the number listed and the lady who answered said we couldn’t return the car until 5pm. We refused, and said no one made that clear this morning when we picked up the car. After negotiating with her for 5-10 minutes she eventually came down and picked up the key. Very unprofessional. I would say DON’T hire a car from here. After dealing with Hertz for many years, I won’t be again. I wish I could give ‘0’ stars, because that is all the deserve for their unprofessional service.
