::Nice hotel just outskirts. About 15 minutes to Split old town. Was busy during our stay. Gym ok. Breakfast was good... great ambience.

::Unfortunately we had a few issues, booked it for my birthday long weekend,three nights in total. After a long flight and with the heat we asked for water when we arrived, said we wanted to buy some and were told that the shop was closed so we couldn't get any, we would've thought that a hotel of this standard would at least offer tap water?? Also everyday housekeeping failed to replenish both the tea bags and the milk. They also left dirty tea cups in the tea cupboard, so we ended up washing them ourselves. We also thought that there would be at least one shuttle service per day into town but they didn't have a shuttle at all. Breakfast is good, staff are very friendly and helpful, the view and the pools are lovely. We didn't manage to book any massages/treatments because they we're fully booked for three days in row which I found very strange, especially as we stayed there in low season. Generally a very modern hotel and clean, but services could be improved massively.

::By far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in Croatia. The hotel is not a bit of a 5 * hotel. The staff, whether in the restaurant, spa or at the reception, are so unfriendly. you do not feel welcome as a guest. the worst thing is the lady (name: Tea) at the breakfast reception - she prefers to play with her mobile phone and lets the guests wait until she has answered her messages. We had to endure the nasty smell from the shower drain for 3 days. There was no response to the complaint. At the check-out the lady tell us that the hotel do not accept any card payment and we only can pay in cash. We can not believe that it really should be a Radisson Blu Hotel .. unbelievable! never again radisson blu split !!!

::Poor customer service. I came here alone as a 17 year old to enjoy a nice vacation as a reward for all of the years of hard work and dedication put into developing a successful multi-million dollar corporation, and all the workers would look at me funny and kept asking me where my parents are and for my room number. This ageist discrimination has got to stop. I am a 7 figure entrepreneur and this discrimination has got to stop. Would not recommend this hotel in any way shape or form, and Iād never come back again.
