  It's all way long is 40 min waiting time! You'll have to be ready to kill your time here. Really negative effects for Raiffeisen!

  Katastrophales Management in Pula, Ciscuttijeva ! Immer wieder gibt es Wartezeiten von 30 Minuten und mehr. Vielfach ist nur ein Schalter geöffnet obwohl zehn Mitarbeiter im Schalterraum sind. Wie auch diesmal wieder am 10.2.2017 von 12:55 bis 13:25 erlebt. Das Management (Supervisor) beobachtet diese Situation, interveniert nicht und lässt zehn Kunden eine halbe Stunde warten. Kein Wunder, dass immer wieder wartende Kunden unverrichteter Dinge über die Straße zur anderen Bank gehen. Ich bin 60 Jahre Raiffeisen-Kunde in Österreich und schon mehr als ein Jahrzehnt in Kroatien aber so ein Missmanagement habe ich noch in keiner anderen Bankfiliale erlebt. Obwohl ich unzählige Kunden zu Raiffeisen gebracht habe und unsere Familie seit Jahrzehnten Millionengeschäfte über Raiffeisen abwickelt werden wir uns wohl eine andere Bank suchen müssen. Das diese Bank mit diesem katastrophalen Service den Namen "Austria" führt ist eine Schande für Österreich. Catastrophic management in Pula, Ciscuttijeva! There are always waiting times of 30 minutes and more. In many cases, only one switch is open although ten employees are in the switch room. Like this time again on 10.2.2017 from 12:55 to 13:25 experienced. The supervisor monitors this situation, does not intervene, and allows ten customers to wait half an hour. It is no wonder that always waiting customers of unspent things go across the street to the other bank. I am 60-years Raiffeisen customer in Austria and already more than a decade in Croatia but I have not experienced such a miss management in any other banking branch. Although I have brought countless customers to Raiffeisen and our family has been handling millions of business over Raiffeisen for decades, we will probably have to look for another bank. That the bank with this catastrophic service the name "Austria" leads is a shame for Austria.
