::Very easy rental process. Friendly agent who did not push for extras. Gave us great instructions and added free extra driver. Would definitely rent here again! Picked up in Zagreb. Dropped off car in Split with no issues. Process was easy and quick no hassles. Unlike the US! We paid for the full insurance coverage but felt it was worth it for peace of mind and then we did not have to worry about scratches or flats or anything (which didn't happen anyway). Car in great condition and had GPS included.

::Very bad experience with the member of the staff upon pick up. First of all, he was trying to sell us an upgrade, a diesel car, telling us that we would save the whole cost on fuel, which was utter nonsense. Then, he told us not to refuel the car for the return because they would charge less money for the fuel itself and that we would save money. But he didn’t tell us that this service of refuelling costs about 30 euros. We knew the trick but his intentions obviously weren’t good. Afterwards, he asked where we would go and we said as far as Dubrovnik. In reaction to that, he charged us foreign use fee, because there is a short corridor over Bosnia and Herzegovina to Dubrovnik. But as we found out later in the terms and conditions, this short corridor is exempt from the charge. Not only that, he also charged us roadside protection fee telling us that it comes in a package with foreign use, which was not true. Luckily, we solved all of this and there was no problem upon return (maybe because we already complained about their practices before that) but be very careful and possibly try another company. I consider this as absolutely intolerable behaviour, he was literally lying us about their conditions, tried to rip us off on several occasions and I believe it’s their general policy.
