::Super disappointed. I purchased a beautiful ring last Thursday 4/26 and today, 4/30, a stone has already fallen out. This ring cost $150 and for a stone to fall out in less than a week is extremely frustrating. I looked at their website to see if I could contact them but there is only a phone number which I cannot call since I am not in their country (I was only visiting). I would love to speak with someone about getting a partial refund as I now have to have the ring fixed...only 4 days after purchasing it. I'd exercise extreme caution if looking to purchase something from here.
