  The staff is unprofessional. I was waiting for 3,5h for opening non-resident's account. They were asking for additional documents every time I came back to check if it is ready, and were very bad in managing it. To be clear, I opened non-resident account in another day later the same day in 20 minutes with half of the documents required by Kent bank.
