  One of the rare floodplains in Europe. Great for birdwatching and cycling, if you don't mind mosquitoes and/or horseflies.

  I only passed through on the road to Jasenovac, but it's a magnificent and incredibly densely forested place. More like jungle than what I'd imagined a European forest could look like.
