::Be careful when shopping with them. They cancelled my web order but still they charged my credit card and I've been waiting for the money for two months now. Luckily I noticed all that in my monthly bills. Very bad business practice. Not recommended.

::They doesn't resoond to your mails. Servises can took months with apologize:" We don't know where the part we ordered and you need is.". They are also incompatible to repair your phone. This is 3rd time I'm sending my phone because of same reasons + they broke microfone and sensors on previous servis. Zero.

::The service is absolutely bad and poor. Even a routine service, such as screen or key replacement takes more than a month to complete, while they keep telling you that the device is in procedure, and will soon be over. Out of 2 issues, after 5 weeks of waiting, just one was fixed. I left the device for another week so they would finally say that Android downgrade can not be performed.
