  Almost 20% more expensive than other private clinics in the area and can’t say they compensate it on the quality of client service, quite the opposite, the staff ignores emails and forces you to call them to get answers to simple questions.Which is another cost if you’re calling from your uk number. (I’ve dealt with Bonifarm lab) Croatia really needs to detach itself from the Balkan way of leading business and start making some changes in the client service department already.
