::Worst car rental experience ever. I have been charged for the same full cover insurance 2 times, customer service doesn't exist, never replied to my complaints. Sixt never again nowhere, I should have checked the reviews before, I'm not the only one disappointed with this horrible company.

::Awe! Sad to read the reviews :( I have used sixt in Zadar as well as Zagreb many times and it always was great, sometimes even free upgrades since I demand an automatic transmission (other than the heavy push for extra insurance, even though I mention that my credit card covers it all). Well, I will be back in June and surely hope service didn't go south this much, and that I am in and out! BTW..deposits are high for all of them..For the past I have to give them 4 stars, but will keep all updated of my upcoming experience soon :)

::Previous experience ruined by team Croatia! Never sixt again! Complete rip off. We got a "free" upgrade and than I was unable to pay more than my credit card allows. So they forced me to pay extra insurance or no car. Than they told me when you deliver the car at the airport you can't fill up there, but you don't have to. You pay maximum three quarters of the tank. When we arrived at the airport nicely fully tanked they charged us to pay an extra tank of fuel.

::Avoid at all cost! They lie to get you to pay extra services and insult you when you call them out on their lies! Sixt will never see another penny from us because of such a poor service and their disrespectful behavior! The young lady who served us even had such a smug attitude about ripping us off that it prompted me to write this review to warn people. Go with a more reputable company. As for me, I am done with Sixt and will log a formal complaint.
