  I cannot oversell the level of kindness and friendliness that you and your pet will experience here. It is also neat, clean and well organized. The vets and technicians are very professional and capable, yet they won’t hesitate to forward you to a specialist if the problem is above their range of abilities. We have been coming here from half way across town for 8 years now and have never regretted it. It is helpful to call ahead and schedule your visit.

  The worst veterinary I have ever been to. They make some unnecessary actions without explaining what they are doing at the moment and why, only to charge you the highest possible price in the end. I went there worried about my cat's teeth and I received something completely different. They ignored me during the examination, did something without asking whether I wanted it and without warning that it will be painful to my cat. Now, my cat is afraid of vets and I still don't know if the teeth are OK. I had many animals, went to many places and this is definitely the most unfair deal one. The only positive thing was that there was no queue.
