  Staff are relatively helpful, however manners, time management, and webpage contents are points for improvement! I went there at 7 am (official opening time) and I had to wait almost an hour before they started dealing with my case (I had the first number). I only knew which papers I needed because I’ve done it before. But the first time I had been there in October, I had had to go back twice and wait ~3 hours each time, because on their webpage it isn’t clear what you need to have with you. 2018, EU, I had higher expectations.

  People are nice and with a bit of patience you work out everything.

  I had to renew my passport on a urgent notice few days ago. Waited 10 minutes in total. I got my passport within 5 hours of applying for it. Staff was ok.

  Worst place in Zagreb with the worst service !

  This place is a disaster. I had to wait for 3 and a half hours. The waiting room was dirty and the staff was rude and not helpful at all. After a lot of waiting I was told I need to come back in 2 weeks to pick up my documents. 2 weeks later I only had to wait 2 hours to pick them up. Just terrible.
