::Located in the very center of old town in Pula city ,near the Arch of the Serghi . In front of the entrance is statue of James Joyce , Irish writer who lived in this building where is now caffe bar Uliks. This unique Caffe Bar have a long tradition and is very popular , especially among young population . They make very good esspresso , also good selection of whisky and other destilates , beers .... At the spring and summer you can enjoy in your drink at the terrace where you can feel the wind , and for that there is not so hot at the summer on this terrace like at the other places. I highly recommend this cafee bar.
