  We took our car in Zagreb to return it in Dubrovnik with National, but unfortunately Enterprise is the local representative. On our way to Dubrovnik, last day, we entered on Enterprise website to see the working hours for their 2 offices in Dubrovnik (Airport and "downtown" ("" because it is not downtown). Both are marked in official Enterprise website as closing at 23h. When I arrived in Enterprise "downtown" at 21h, it was not really a Enterprise office, it was another local representative, and it was closed! The door sign said it closes at 20h. I called a mobile phone marked on the door sign, and the guy who answered said there was nothing on his system indicating I should return my car that day (which I clearly pointed on my reserve), so he could only receive it on the next day. Fearing the abusive costs for car parking in Dubrovnik and to avoid an extra day rent, I decided to go to the airport. To my surprise, when I arrived, at 21h45, Enterprise office was also closed, with the door sign also saying it closes at 20h. How a large company such as Enterprise could have mistake such basic data on their website? A lot is stress for a wrong basic info such as working hours, they should correct it ASAP. PS.: Sixt office was running smoothly at the airport, just in case you are in doubt on what rent a car company choose for your Croatia car travel...

  We came to pick up our rental car only to find out that the car we reserved (a convertible) was not available. While they offered us a complimentary upgrade (to a sedan) it was not what we wanted. During the discussion we learned that they had already made a reservation for us at another local rental company, drove us their and we got our convertible ... at a cheaper price than Enterprise. We would have appreciated a heads up but after an hour of back and forth we got what we had reserved.
