::Best hotel in Dubrovnik. Service is impeccable. Great views, food superb. Nice rooms and very clean!

::Beautiful hotel with an incredible view of the old city and the waters. The decor is beautiful, with light tones and lots of windows. Staff were super friendly and helpful and check in was very quick, as it should be. They accommodated a late lunch and the private boat shuttle to the old town port was exceptional. So many more great things but you just need to visit for yourself.

::Obviously we can’t enjoy heaven in our lifetime or if you can there’s no way to share your thoughts about it. However, if you can think outside “the box,” the Villa Dubrovnik maybe is what heaven would be like. It’s spectacular! It truly epitomizes what a 5 star hotel should be like. The grounds and views are spectacular, the rooms are exactly what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel down to the Jacuzzi that overlooks the Adriatic Sea. We’ve only had an after dinner drink and a light lunch here so far but they were both first class. The staff is at your ready for anything you need day or night. I just wanted to post something for those of you who read reviews and haven’t decided on a hotel yet. If you’ve read any of my other reviews by now you can tell I’m extremely candid. Our stay has come to an end and now I can say that so far after staying at 6 wonderful hotels both in Sicily and Croatia, the Villa Dubrovnik was absolutely our favorite. We will share this information with our friends and travel agent. To Everyone on staff a big thank you for being so accommodating and kind.

::Amazing hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Excellent service with staff who all remember your name from day one. Perched on the rocky coast with amazing views of the city wall, it feels secluded and peaceful, offering respite from the swathes of people descending upon the old town. However, it is only a quick 15 minute walk away and is connected by hourly shuttles. The sleek, open design aesthetic lends a refined and romantic air. Our room had beautiful views of the sea. Only complaint is the glass bathroom wall with a small mirror over the sink.

::Truly excellent cocktails, our favorite meal in Dubrovnik, and the sunset speaks for itself. We'd recommend going up to the rooftop wine and prosciutto bar about 30 min before sunset for a drink and to take in the incredible view of the sunset over the old city. Great selection of spirits including Scotch and American whiskey, and a delicious charcuterie selection. The dinner downstairs was equally delicious - we had some scallops, lobster and Dubrovnik style pasta - all excellent. They even arranged a gorgeous semi-private boat ride back to the old city harbor for us after dinner, free of charge, despite us not staying at the hotel (though we certainly will on our next visit). This will be our first recommendation to friends visiting Croatia in the future.
